all of my commissions are skeb-style by default, which means there are no wip previews or revisions included.if you'd like to be involved throughout the creation process, you can choose the guided commission option. this gives us a more collaborative workflow with wip previews and the opportunity to request adjustments before i continue.wip previews during sketch, lineart and coloring/rendering
up to 3 revision rounds per stage
one revision round = one collected list of requested changes
each stage needs to be approved before i continue to the next onethe guided commission fee is +100% of the regular commission price, with a minimum fee of $50.this means that commissions below $50 will have a flat $50 guided commission fee. for commissions priced at $50 or more, the guided commission fee is equal to the regular commission price.for example:
$35 commission + $50 guided fee = $85 total
$50 commission + $50 guided fee = $100 total

by commissioning me, you agree to the following terms.commission acceptancecommissions are accepted selectively. submitting a request does not guarantee that i will accept it.acceptance depends on the project being a good fit for my style and services, my current availability, clear expectations and references being provided upfront, and respectful, friendly communication.how we communicate before a commission starts is also part of how i decide whether we are a good fit to work together. i reserve the right to decline any request i do not feel comfortable taking on.payment & refundpayment is required upfront unless discussed otherwise.split payments are available for commissions of $50 or more. please discuss the payment schedule with me before ordering.prices may vary depending on complexity.clients may cancel their commission at any time.if a commission is cancelled before work has started, a full refund will be issued.once work has started, refunds are based on the current work stage, regardless of whether the cancellation is requested by the client or by me.art commissions:
sketch started: 75% refund
lineart started: 50% refund

should not require repeated individual explanations through messages. repeatedly asking about pricing, included features, revision rules, turnaround times, workflow or other information that was already stated may result in me declining the request before work begins.respectful and friendly communication is required throughout the commission process.processyou will receive wips during the process unless you order a skeb/surprise commission.small changes are included during the sketch phase. major changes, redraws or changes to an already approved direction may cost extra.please make sure your references, expectations and wishes are as clear and complete as possible before i start.if you have specific inspiration, pose preferences, character references, design requirements or other details that are important to how you imagine the finished result, please provide them upfront.requirements or references introduced later that significantly change the direction of the commission are not automatically included as revisions, even if they were part of the idea you originally had in mind.feedback should be provided as completely as possible at each revision stage. repeatedly introducing additional changes to elements that were previously approved or not mentioned may count as additional revisions and may require an extra fee.if the requested scope continuously changes beyond what was originally ordered, important information or references are repeatedly introduced only after work has started, or expectations no longer match the service booked, i reserve the right to charge for additional work or cancel the commission.extras & flexibilityi often choose to go beyond the exact scope of a commission when possible. this may include a small additional change, an extra version, helping with something that technically is not included, or being more flexible with the process.these are voluntary extras and are never guaranteed or automatically included in the purchased service.i am happy to offer this extra flexibility when communication is respectful, expectations are clear and my time and process are treated with the same consideration.cancellationi reserve the right to decline a commission before starting or cancel a commission after work has begun if i no longer feel that the project or working relationship is a good fit.this may include, but is not limited to, continuously changing requirements, significant scope changes, important information being withheld or introduced gradually after work has started, repeated misunderstandings of information already provided, disrespectful communication, unreasonable expectations or communication becoming unnecessarily difficult.my wellbeing and ability to work comfortably are important to me. if continuing a commission would negatively affect my wellbeing or i no longer feel comfortable continuing the working relationship, i reserve the right to end the commission rather than force myself to complete it.if i cancel a commission myself, any refund will be determined fairly based on the circumstances and the amount of work already completed.usageall commissions are for personal use unless commercial use is discussed and paid for.you may use the artwork for icons, profiles, toyhouse, streaming, character pages and personal posts.you may not resell, trace, edit heavily, claim the artwork as your own, or use the artwork for ai, nfts or machine learning unless otherwise agreed.commercial usecontent creation use is included in my prices unless stated otherwise.you may use your commission for streaming, vtubing, pngtubing, videos, social media posts, profile branding, thumbnails, banners and similar content creation purposes.you may not use the artwork for merch, resale products, paid assets, adoptable bases, nfts, ai training or anything where the artwork itself is sold or redistributed.merch rights and extended commercial rights must be discussed and paid for separately.creditplease credit me when posting or using the artwork publicly.do not remove my watermark or signature unless agreed otherwise.adoptables / mascotsonce purchased, the character belongs to you.you may rename them, make slight design changes and use them personally.you may resell or trade the character, but please message me when ownership changes so i know who the current owner is.you may not resell them for more than the original price unless additional artwork has been added.please make sure the new owner is aware of these terms as well.my original artwork may not be traced, heavily edited, claimed as someone else's work, or used for ai, nfts, machine learning or harmful content.rightsi keep the rights to my artwork and may use finished commissions as examples, portfolio pieces or social media posts.if you need your commission to stay private, please tell me before ordering.turnaroundturnaround times may vary depending on my queue, health, family and work schedule.i will always try to keep you updated.unless a rush option with a specific deadline has been purchased, turnaround estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.by ordering from me, you confirm you can request a 100% refund if i haven’t started the sketch yet.you can no longer request a refund once i have started working on your commission.i will provide a 100% refund if a problem on my part prevents me from completing your order.if you are blacklisted, you will no longer be able to commission me or purchase my products, services or adopts. depending on the situation, you may also be blocked on all of my social media accounts.reasons that may lead to a client being blacklisted:• repeatedly failing to pay an invoice within the agreed timeframe without communicating beforehand
• ghosting
• attempting to scam me
• misusing previous commissions or my artwork in general
• harassment or any other form of disrespect towards me or my work
• disregarding my terms of service
• demanding rush work or immediate updates without paying the required rush fee
• using ai or tracing tools on my artwork
• making excessive or unreasonable revision requests outside of our agreement
• purchasing my adopts or designs only to resell them immediately for a higher price without including additional artwork
• threatening chargebacks or negative reviews in order to receive free artwork, revisions or extrasplease do not rush me. asking for an update is completely okay, but please do not message me repeatedly within a short period of time. art takes time, and excessive pressure or harassment may result in a blacklist. ♡blacklists may last for one month, six months or permanently. the duration is decided by me depending on the situation. if you believe there has been a misunderstanding, you are welcome to contact me so we can try to resolve it.
