terms of service

by commissioning me, you agree to the following terms.paymentpayment is required upfront unless discussed otherwise.
prices may vary depending on complexity.
refunds are not available once i have started working on your commission.processyou will receive wips during the process unless you order a skeb/surprise commission.
small changes are included during the sketch phase.
major changes after approval may cost extra.
please make sure your references and wishes are clear before i start.usageall commissions are for personal use unless commercial use is discussed and paid for.
you may use the artwork for icons, profiles, toyhouse, streaming, character pages and personal posts.
you may not resell, trace, edit heavily, claim as your own, or use the artwork for ai, nfts or machine learning unless otherwise agreed.commercial usecontent creation use is included in my prices.you may use your commission for streaming, vtubing, pngtubing, videos, social media posts, profile branding, thumbnails, banners and similar content creation purposes.you may not use the artwork for merch, resale products, paid assets, adoptable bases, nfts, ai training or anything where the artwork itself is sold or redistributed.merch rights and extended commercial rights must be discussed and paid for separately.creditplease credit me when posting or using the artwork publicly.
do not remove my watermark or signature unless agreed otherwise.adoptables / mascotsonce purchased, the character belongs to you.
you may rename, redesign slightly and use them personally.
you may not resell them for more than the original price unless extra art is included.
please do not use my original artwork for ai, nfts or harmful content.rightsi keep the rights to my artwork and may use finished commissions as examples, portfolio pieces or social media posts.
if you need your commission to stay private, please tell me before ordering.turnaroundturnaround times may vary depending on my queue, health, family and work schedule.
i will always try to keep you updated.by ordering from me, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.

refund & blacklist policy

you can request a 100% refund if i haven’t started the sketch yet.you can no longer request a refund once i have started working on your commission.i will provide a 100% refund if a problem on my part prevents me from completing your order.

if you are blacklisted, you will no longer be able to commission me or purchase my products, services or adopts. depending on the situation, you may also be blocked on all of my social media accounts.reasons that may lead to a client being blacklisted:• repeatedly failing to pay an invoice within the agreed timeframe without communicating beforehand
• ghosting
• attempting to scam me
• misusing previous commissions or my artwork in general
• harassment or any other form of disrespect towards me or my work
• disregarding my terms of service
• demanding rush work or immediate updates without paying the required rush fee
• using ai or tracing tools on my artwork
• making excessive or unreasonable revision requests outside of our agreement
• purchasing my adopts or designs only to resell them immediately for a higher price without including additional artwork
• threatening chargebacks or negative reviews in order to receive free artwork, revisions or extrasplease do not rush me. asking for an update is completely okay, but please do not message me repeatedly within a short period of time. art takes time, and excessive pressure or harassment may result in a blacklist. ♡blacklists may last for one month, six months or permanently. the duration is decided by me depending on the situation. if you believe there has been a misunderstanding, you are welcome to contact me so we can try to resolve it.
